Admission Process
The admission process begins with the registration of candidates for admission to the school. Registration is open throughout the year. Upon receiving the application form, the student will be registered for admission assessment for the class they are seeking entry into.
A non-refundable fee of ₹300/- (payable via GPay, DD, or cheque) must be deposited for the Admission Form and Prospectus after receiving the Admission Offer.
a) Admission is granted based on the student’s mental, physical, and academic fitness, as well as availability of space. The admission will be confirmed only after payment of the first installment of school fees and other charges. Age criteria for admission to various classes will be as per State Board norms.
b) Eligible candidates will be offered admission based on their fitness for the particular class. Once parents receive an admission offer, they must submit the following documents:
Required Documents:
1. Date of Birth Certificate (Original & Xerox) OR Original School Leaving Certificate (SLC) from the previous school, countersigned by the appropriate authority.
2. Xerox of the last 2 years’ report cards.
3. Caste Certificate (if applicable).
4. Medical Fitness Certificate (for physical or mental disabilities, if applicable).
5. Aadhaar Card (Xerox copy).
6. Two passport-size photographs.
7. Initial installment of school fees.
Withdrawals
Parents must provide at least one month’s notice before withdrawing their child from the school. A student may be required to withdraw for any of the following reasons:
a) Medical Reasons: If the student is found suffering from a communicable disease or any serious illness that requires continuous medical monitoring (e.g., epilepsy, serious mental or behavioral disorders).
b) Disciplinary Issues: Persistent disciplinary problems, irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of studies, disobedience, or disrespect towards staff and peers despite repeated counseling and warnings.
c) Prolonged Absence: Being absent for 30 consecutive days without prior intimation.
d) Non-Payment of Fees: Failure to pay the school fees for three months and clear outstanding dues despite multiple reminders.
e) Discretion of the School: Notwithstanding any other provisions in this prospectus, the Director/Principal reserves the absolute right to request any parent to withdraw their child from the school at any time.
The decision of the Director of the school shall be final in matters related to student withdrawals. A Leaving Certificate (LC) will not be issued until all dues are cleared.
Fees
• Fees once paid are non-refundable for any reason.
• If a student leaves the school immediately after admission, no refund of fees shall be provided.
• Parents must pay the school fees and all other dues within the stipulated time.
• A late payment penalty of ₹100/- per month will be charged for delayed payments.
• School fees may be increased annually.
• No sibling concession is available.
• Students with pending fees will not be allowed to appear for examinations.
• The school operates on a Self-Finance Basis.
